August came in yesterday and quite honestly I can't believe it's here already! This summer has been amazingly fun and amazingly fast-whew. Bring on a calm August before the thrill of school next month.
And with the start of August, brings a new gallery at Write.Click.Scrapbook. This month our theme for the gallery was creating a layout with no photos. I've done one of these before, but it still intimidates me when faced with the challenge. I figured out pretty quick what I wanted to do just by walking by the refrigerator. This has been hanging up since February, our 100th day of school:
This kid cracks me up! Two very sarcastic parents somehow created a very literal child! We're working on her though-she's getting some comedic timing!
I had recently gotten some Bella Blvd and thought the bright colors were perfect:
So head on over and look at what the other contributors came up with this month! This is one of my favorite galleries yet!

I'm also over at the wonderful Keshet's Blog for a series she's doing, The Creative Journey. I was honored that she asked me to participate, but them hugely humbled when I saw the other women taking part in the series. Wow, such great company to be in and honored she asked me.

My girlies came back from their week long trip with my parents and so glad to have them home! Sure, the fighting will ensue today, but I'm glad to have them home with me and they keep me laughing!
Have a wonderful Tuesday!
